How can I get a quote and what is your calibration turnaround time?

Our turnaround time for calibration is usually 5 days. Shorter turnaround times can be offered, subject to discussion. Please contact us and provide the manufacturer and model number of your equipment and we will get back to you shortly.

Do you provide on-site services?

Yes, we offer on-site services. Please contact us and we will arrange whatever is required to meet your schedule.

What do your services include?

Calibration label

Test data results

CARE Program (automatic recall notice of calibration)

Records maintained for a minimum period of 10 years

Are your standards traceable?

As required by the quality standards, we are registered to ISO 9001:2015 and in compliance with ANSI/NCSL Z540.3-2006, ISO 10012:2003 and ISO/IEC 17025. All standards used are traceable to national and international standards.



What do you mean by traceability?

Does Testmetric Inc provide NIST numbers?

No. Testmetric Inc does not provide NIST numbers because they are not required. Please see the NIST website, Section B, number 4 on the FAQ page for the policy regarding traceability and NIST numbers.

Do you provide the certificates to prove the traceability of your standards?

It is not Testmetric's policy to provide customers with copies of certificates for Testmetric Inc standards used to calibrate the clients’ instruments with traceability back to a national lab. This request could involve a huge effort and defeats the purpose of having quality system registrations with external auditing bodies. In a few cases, Testmetric Inc has made exceptions when only a few standards were involved and the client was invoiced for the administrative effort required. Testmetric Inc is, however, open to having clients come to our facility and audit our processes and files at a mutually convenient time.



Do you offer pick-up and delivery services?

Yes, we offer local pick-up and delivery service.
