How can I get a quote and what is your calibration turnaround time?

Our turnaround time for calibration is usually 5 days. Shorter turnaround times can be offered, on request. Please contact us and give us the name of the manufacturer as well as the model number of your equipment and we will get back to you shortly.

Do you provide on-site maintenance?

Yes, we can calibrate your equipment on site, but only in the Montreal, Quebec City and Ottawa areas. Contact us and we will make the necessary adjustments to adapt to your schedule.

Are your standards traceable?

We are registered to ISO 9001: 2008 and our company provides services in compliance with ISO 10012, ISO/IEC 17025 and ANSI/NCSL Z540-1-1994 standards. These standards are traceable nationally and internationally.

What do you mean by traceability?

You can find a good definition of this notion on the NIST (National Institute of Standards and Technology) website.

Does Testmetric provide NIST numbers?

No, Testmetric does not provide NIST numbers because they are not required. You can visit the NIST website for more information on traceability and NIST numbers.

Do you provide the certificates to prove the traceability of your standards?

It is not Testmetric's policy to provide customers with copies of the standards certificates used by our laboratory for the calibration of their instruments. This request could involve additional effort and goes against our goal of having quality system records with external auditing bodies. In a few cases, Testmetric has made exceptions, but only when it involved only a few standards, and the customer was always charged for the administrative effort required. However, our team is perfectly prepared to welcome our customers at our facilities to verify our processes and files at a mutually convenient time.

Do you offer pick-up and delivery services?

Yes, we offer a local pick-up and delivery service. Call us and our team will discuss an arrangement with you.
